Technical Note

The producer of the software states the following requirements for using this product:

Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher

Netscape 7.0 or higher

Windows Media Player 9 or higher

Note: The producer says "The BATES' VISUAL GUIDE TO PHYSICAL EXAMINATION (4TH EDITION) Web site can be viewed on any PC installed with Windows98 SP2, Windows2000, Windows ME, or Windows XP." Our experience has been it does not work on Macintosh computers. Further, we have had problems with browsers other than Internet Explorer (despite their clams that it works on Netscape). We are working with the producer to find out what, if anything, can be done about this.
