Getting Help in Using the Library
Access Services staff is available at all times and are able to help or refer users with questions. Reference librarians are available during business hours (9a.m. to 5p.m.) Monday to Friday. Group or individual consultations are available. Call 718-270-7453 or 7401; telephone reference is available at x7405 or x7453 during business hours. After hours voice mail requests will be dealt with on the next business day. Online tutorials are also available. Group and individual orientations are also available.
