Using My EndNote

My EndNote (a feature available through Web Of Knowledge) offers the option to search databases and import references directly within My EndNote. Because of security settings established BY THE VENDOR this feature does not function. It is therefore necessary to search the database directly and import the citations into My EndNote, a process that, despite their many emails to the contrary, can by complicated.
