1) Perform your search as usual.

2) Click on the button labeled "Export All Results". You cannot selectively export citations. |

3) Select whether you want to save just the citation or the citation and abstract.
4) Select whether you are using a PC, MAC or UNIX/LINUX operating system.
5) Click the button labeled "Go".
If the server is especially busy, the process may freeze up at this point with the message "The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later."

6) (Optional) If you only wanted particular citations, at this point you can edit the document to remove the ones you didn't want. |

7) Import into My EndNote using the filter "Cochrane Library (Wiley)". |
